What does "Consumer Friendly" mean?
When you see this symbol in the offer's summary description, you have the option of sending that offer to your clients with all references to supplier contact information and/or commissions, removed. Your contact information is automatically added to the offer. This information can be updated through your profile ( Click Here to update now). Before you send the offer to your client, you can see what your client will see by clicking on the Preview button. How do I add my contact information?
You don't have to. It is done automatically. Your contact information is added from your profile. Look for the fields "Contact Line 1", "Contact Line 2" and "Contact Line 3". This is the information that will be added to the consumer offer. If you want to change that information, just click on the "My Account" link at the left side of the screen and then select "My Profile". To go there now, Click Here. Can I use my email system to send a special to a list of clients?
Yes. Just follow the steps below. - Send the custom flyer to your email address.
- Copy the text and image from the body of the email
- In your email system, create a new email.
- In the To or Cc boxes, type the e-mail name of each recipient or select names from your Address Book.
- In the Subject box, type a message title.
- Paste the text and image into the Message box and then Send the email.
Will the addresses of my clients be saved somewhere in MailPound™?
No. Your clients' email addresses are considered to be confidential and are not saved in any way. Neither the MailPound nor the suppliers have access to that information.
Will all offers have the symbol?'
No. First, there are supplier messages that are only for travel agents. For example, those announcing a Booking Bonus or a FAM trip. Also, some suppliers may choose not to participate in offering this option to travel agents.
