Your clients will appreciate experiencing the local flavors. I know some of my best trips were the ones I tried new foods - like green chiles in NM & AZ, local & luau foods in Hawaii, mofongo & empanadillas in Puerto Rico, different tamales in Mexico or seafood in Seattle or Florida.
